Announcing a new strategic partnership!
The Harish and Bina Shah Foundation (HBSF), has recently undertaken a concerted effort in grant-making, by entering into a strategic 3-year partnership with Dasra, and 10 non-profit partners. This grant, guided by HBSF's giving philosophy, utilizes an approach that provides flexible, accountable, and goal-oriented support with the intention of impacting lives purposefully and patiently. HBSF envisions these partnerships as catalysts for empowering and fortifying the Indian non-profit ecosystem. The cohort is a diverse group covering well-established sectors like Education, Livelihood, and Health, under-funded areas such as Social Empowerment, Art & Culture and Sports, as well as global priorities such as Clean Water and Mental Health. The reach of the non-profit partners will span across India, directly impacting 11 states and indirectly improving the quality of lives throughout the country. Additionally, the group is also serving a diverse range of populations, including women, children, youth, persons with disabilities, and tribal communities, among others.
